Your 100% satisfaction is our priority. We stand by the quality of our vitamin droppers and offer a 30-day Return & Exchange Policy.
Important Notes

A 50% restocking fee applies to all returned items.

If a product arrives damaged or faulty, we will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.

To qualify for a return, the product must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
To request a return, please email Support@TryNutriova.com with the subject line "Return Request", and include your order number, name, and reason for return.
We’ll provide return instructions and address details. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage to avoid lost-package issues.
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the posting process.
Subscription Orders
For active subscriptions, please note:

Subscription renewals are non-refundable once processed.

To pause or cancel your subscription, you must do so before your next billing date.

If a renewal has already been charged and shipped, it is not eligible for cancellation or refund, except in cases of product defect or damage.
To manage or cancel your subscription, contact Support@TryNutriova.com before your next renewal date.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting Support@TryNutriova.com.
Cancellations are only accepted within 2 days of purchase. Once a custom order has been produced, no cancellations or refunds are possible.
Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer
TryNutriova is not liable for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.
If your order is shown as delivered but not received:

Check with your mail carrier, neighbors, or building management first.

If still missing, contact us and we’ll file a carrier claim. Depending on the claim’s outcome, we may or may not be able to replace your order.
We are also not responsible for incorrect or insufficient shipping addresses provided during checkout. Packages returned due to address errors will not be refunded or reshipped.
