Where do you ship your products from?
We ship from our partnered warehouses and factories located in the United States, Europe, and China. Please expect your items to be shipped separately, if you order more than one item, as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.
Why does the product I received look different from the pictures?
From time to time, some of our inventory may ship with our previous labeling or older branding design. Rest assured — it’s exactly the same formula and manufactured to the same high standards. Only the label or packaging may vary while we update stock
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
